We decided to sell our house and heard nothing but positive things about Ms. Spinneweber so she was our first call. We had never sold a house before and were not familiar with the process but she was able to quickly put us at ease and guide us through the entire deal with no hiccups. The short sale was stalled (imagine the burst of dramatic background music). After waiting what seemed like the longest of times to "go home" to this house it didn't look like it was going to happen (sad background music softly playing).
