Sound bath meditations use instruments such as crystal singing bowls and other resonant tones to create soothing, restorative vibrations that gently calm the nervous system. These frequencies help release stored stress and emotional heaviness, allowing the body and mind to settle into a state of deep relaxation and balance.
Pilates is a mindful, low-impact movement practice that focuses on core strength, alignment, and controlled breathing to support the whole body. It helps improve posture, flexibility, and stability while reducing tension and building balanced, functional strength for everyday life.
Acupuncture is a gentle, time-honored practice that uses precise, thin needles to stimulate specific points in the body and support natural healing. It helps regulate the nervous system, improve energy flow, and relieve pain, stress, and imbalance to restore overall harmony and well-being.
Nervous system coaching is a supportive, body-based approach that helps you understand and regulate your stress responses through gentle awareness, breath, and practical tools. By building resilience and restoring a sense of safety in the body, it supports emotional balance, clearer thinking, and a greater capacity to handle life’s demands.
Massage therapy is a hands-on practice that supports relaxation, circulation, and muscle recovery through intentional, therapeutic touch. It helps release built-up tension, calm the nervous system, and ease physical and emotional stress so the body can return to a more balanced, restored state.
We offer a variety of additional wellness events that rotate each month, giving our community fresh ways to support their health and well-being. From educational workshops to restorative experiences, these gatherings are designed to inspire connection, learning, and whole-body wellness.
